Manufacturer Warranties

Each manufacturer sets the terms of their own warranty, and coverage varies by product category:

Saunas typically include lifetime coverage on heating elements and multi-year coverage on cabinetry, electronics, and controls. Specific terms are listed on each product page and in the documentation that ships with your sauna.

Cold plunges and chillers typically include multi-year coverage on the chiller unit, filtration system, and tub construction. Coverage details are available on each product's page.

Accessories and replacement parts are covered per the individual manufacturer's terms.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Contact our team at logan@restoresuite.com with the following information:

Your order number, the product affected, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the problem if applicable.

We will respond within one business day and coordinate with the manufacturer to get your claim processed. Most warranty claims are resolved within 5-10 business days, though complex issues involving part replacements or technician dispatch may take longer.

What Warranties Do Not Cover

Manufacturer warranties typically exclude damage from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, cosmetic damage from use, damage from cleaning products not approved by the manufacturer, and damage from operating conditions outside manufacturer specifications.
