These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of restoresuite.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Restore Suite ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and eligibility

Restore Suite is a United States online retailer of home saunas, cold plunge tubs, and related recovery equipment. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. We currently sell and ship within the continental United States.

2. Products, descriptions, and pricing

We work to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, specifications, or other content are complete or error free. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Many brands set a minimum advertised price, so prices are often consistent across authorized dealers. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to an error, we may cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, even after an order is confirmed.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may limit or cancel quantities. Payment is processed by our payment providers at checkout, and you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We do not store full payment card details. Once your order is accepted you will receive a confirmation by email.

4. Shipping, returns, and warranties

Shipping timelines and costs are described on our Shipping Policy page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty as described on our Warranty and Support page; warranty terms are set by each manufacturer. These policy pages are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. HSA, FSA, and financing

HSA and FSA eligibility and financing are offered through third-party providers and are subject to their terms, approval, and applicable law. Eligibility and tax treatment depend on your plan and circumstances, and you are responsible for confirming them with your plan administrator or a qualified advisor. 6. Health and safety disclaimer

Information on the Site is provided for general education only and is not medical advice. Saunas and cold water immersion raise or lower body temperature and place stress on the cardiovascular system. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any heat or cold therapy, especially if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, blood pressure issues, or another medical condition. Always follow the manufacturer instructions for installation and use, and use the equipment at your own risk.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Restore Suite name, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to submit false or fraudulent orders or information.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
