What is Restore Suite?
Restore Suite is a premium authorized retailer specializing in home contrast therapy and recovery equipment. We carry infrared saunas, outdoor barrel saunas, and cold plunge tubs from the best US manufacturers — all sourced through authorized brand partnerships with full manufacturer warranty support.
Are your products from authorized brands?
Yes. Every product we carry comes from a verified authorized brand partnership. We do not sell grey market products, parallel imports, or unauthorized units. Every purchase is backed by the brand that built it with full factory warranty support.
Do you have a physical showroom?
We are an online retailer serving customers nationwide. We do not have a physical showroom. If you have questions about a specific product before purchasing contact us at support@restoresuite.com and we will help you make the right decision for your space and your goals.

What is contrast therapy?
Contrast therapy is the practice of alternating between heat and cold exposure — typically moving from an infrared sauna or outdoor barrel sauna into a cold plunge tub and back again. The alternating hot and cold creates a pumping effect on the circulatory system that accelerates recovery, reduces inflammation, improves circulation, and supports long-term health. It is one of the most evidence-backed recovery protocols available for home use.
What is the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?
Traditional saunas heat the air around you to temperatures between 150 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Infrared saunas use infrared light panels to heat your body directly at lower air temperatures — typically between 120 and 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Infrared saunas are generally easier to install, require less power, and reach operating temperature faster than traditional saunas. Traditional saunas deliver a more intense heat experience and are preferred by those who want the classic Finnish sauna experience.
What is a full spectrum infrared sauna?
Full spectrum infrared saunas emit near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths simultaneously. Each wavelength penetrates tissue at a different depth and delivers different therapeutic benefits. Near infrared supports cellular regeneration and skin health. Mid infrared improves circulation and reduces joint stiffness. Far infrared penetrates deepest for detoxification and muscle recovery. Full spectrum models deliver all three simultaneously for the broadest range of therapeutic benefits.
What is a low EMF infrared sauna?
EMF stands for electromagnetic field — the low-level radiation emitted by infrared sauna heaters. Low EMF infrared saunas use shielded heating panels that have been independently tested and certified to emit EMF levels well below established safety thresholds. We only carry low EMF models with independent third-party testing certification — not manufacturer self-reported data.
What size sauna do I need?
For solo daily use a one or two person sauna is ideal. For couples or occasional group use a three or four person model gives more comfort. For families or those who want space to lie down and stretch a four to six person model is appropriate. The most important factors are your available floor space and ceiling height. Can I install a sauna outdoors?
Yes. Outdoor barrel saunas and outdoor cabin saunas are specifically designed for permanent year-round outdoor installation. They are built from weather-resistant hardwoods including cedar, thermalwood, and Nordic pine that expand and contract with temperature changes without compromising the structure. Indoor infrared saunas are designed for protected indoor installation only.
HSA and FSA
Are your products HSA/FSA eligible?
Many of the products we carry qualify for purchase using Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account funds through our Truemed integration. HSA and FSA eligibility is determined by Truemed and applicable tax regulations. For a buyer in a 25 to 30 percent tax bracket HSA/FSA eligibility on a $6,000 sauna represents a $1,500 to $1,800 effective saving without any reduction in price. Select the Truemed payment option at checkout to apply your HSA or FSA funds.
How do I use my HSA or FSA at checkout?
At checkout select the Truemed payment option. Truemed will verify your eligibility and process the payment using your HSA or FSA card. If you have questions about eligibility for a specific product contact us before purchasing and we will clarify which products qualify.
Financing
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing options at checkout through Shop Pay Installments. Financing allows you to split your purchase into manageable payments so you can build the recovery setup you want without compromising on quality. Financing terms and approval decisions are determined by the financing provider at checkout.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping timelines vary by product and brand. Standard items typically ship within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation. Large items including saunas and cold plunge tubs are delivered via freight carrier and may require additional lead time. Estimated delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental United States with no minimum order value.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Currently we ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect all items upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us at support@restoresuite.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with the brand and carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns and Warranty
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order contact us at support@restoresuite.com within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility, restocking fees, and return shipping costs vary by product and brand partner. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct instructions for your specific order. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.
What warranty comes with my purchase?
All products sold through Restore Suite are covered by the manufacturer warranty provided by the brand that produces them. Warranty terms vary by brand and product and are detailed on individual product pages. Restore Suite will assist you in processing warranty claims with the relevant manufacturer. Contact us at support@restoresuite.com for warranty assistance.
Do you price match?
Contact us at support@restoresuite.com if you find the same product at a lower price from another authorized retailer and we will do our best to match it.
