About Restore Suite

What is Restore Suite?

Restore Suite is an online retailer specializing in home recovery equipment. We carry infrared saunas, outdoor barrel saunas, and cold plunge tubs, selected for build quality and real-world performance. Warranty terms for each product are stated in writing on its product page.

Where do your products come from?

We work with established manufacturers and suppliers, and most of our catalog is fulfilled supplier-direct. We state the warranty terms that apply to each product on its page, and we tell you who administers a claim: the manufacturer, the supplier, or us. Where we hold a direct relationship with a brand, it is noted on that brand's products specifically rather than as a sitewide claim. If coverage on a particular model matters to your decision, ask us before you buy and we will give you a straight answer.

Do you have a physical showroom?

We are an online retailer serving customers nationwide. We do not have a physical showroom. If you have questions about a specific product before purchasing contact us at support@restoresuite.com and we will help you make the right decision for your space and your goals.

What is contrast therapy?

Contrast therapy is the practice of alternating between heat and cold exposure, typically moving from a sauna into a cold plunge tub and back again. The alternating hot and cold produces circulatory changes that are widely used in recovery routines. Research on cold immersion is strongest for post-exercise muscle soreness; other effects are less settled. Learn more in our contrast therapy guide and see the underlying studies on our research page.

What is the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?

Traditional saunas heat the air around you to temperatures between 150 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Infrared saunas use infrared light panels to warm your body directly at lower air temperatures, typically between 120 and 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Infrared saunas are generally easier to install, require less power, and reach operating temperature faster. Traditional saunas deliver a more intense heat experience and are preferred by those who want the classic Finnish sauna experience.

What is a full spectrum infrared sauna?

Full spectrum infrared saunas emit near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths simultaneously. Each wavelength reaches tissue at a different depth. Near infrared works closest to the surface and is studied for skin and cellular effects, mid infrared is associated with circulation, and far infrared reaches deepest and produces the strongest sweat. Full spectrum models deliver all three, which is why buyers who cannot decide between wavelengths often choose them.

What is a low EMF infrared sauna?

EMF stands for electromagnetic field, the low-level emission produced by infrared sauna heaters. Low EMF saunas use shielded heating panels tested to emit levels well below established thresholds. We prioritize models with independent third-party testing rather than manufacturer self-reported data, and we will send you the test documentation on request.

What size sauna do I need?

For solo daily use a one or two person sauna is ideal. For couples or occasional group use a three or four person model gives more comfort. For families or those who want space to lie down and stretch a four to six person model is appropriate. The most important factors are your available floor space and ceiling height. Contact us at support@restoresuite.com and we will help you find the right size for your specific space.

Can I install a sauna outdoors?

Yes. Outdoor barrel saunas and outdoor cabin saunas are specifically designed for permanent year-round outdoor installation. They are built from weather-resistant woods including cedar, thermalwood, and Nordic pine that expand and contract with temperature changes without compromising the structure. Indoor infrared saunas are designed for protected indoor installation only.

HSA and FSA

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Sometimes, but not automatically. Saunas and cold plunges are not on the standard list of automatically eligible items. Eligibility is determined by IRS rules and your plan administrator, and most plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed provider. We cannot tell you whether your purchase will qualify, and nothing on this site should be taken as a representation that any product is HSA or FSA eligible. Our HSA and FSA page explains the process in full. Check with your plan administrator before you buy.

What can you help with?

We can provide an itemized receipt and detailed product specifications to include with your submission. We cannot complete plan paperwork on your behalf or provide a Letter of Medical Necessity. This is general information, not tax or medical advice.

Financing

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer flexible financing options at checkout through Shop Pay Installments. Financing allows you to split your purchase into manageable payments. Financing terms and approval decisions are determined by the financing provider at checkout.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping timelines vary by product and brand. Standard items typically ship within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation. Large items including saunas and cold plunge tubs are delivered via freight carrier and may require additional lead time. Estimated delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is quoted at checkout and varies by product, weight, and destination, since large equipment moves by LTL freight. Our shipping policy explains parcel versus freight delivery, curbside drop-off, appointment scheduling, and any accessorial charges that can apply.

Do you ship outside the continental United States?

Currently we ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect all items upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us at support@restoresuite.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Freight damage is a carrier claim, not a warranty claim, and it has a much shorter deadline.

Returns and Warranty

What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order contact us at support@restoresuite.com within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility, restocking fees, and return shipping costs vary by product and supplier. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct instructions for your specific order. Full details are available on our Return and Refund Policy page.

What warranty comes with my purchase?

Warranty terms vary by brand and product and are stated on individual product pages. Ask us for the manufacturer's warranty document for any model before you buy and we will send it. Restore Suite coordinates warranty claims with the responsible party on your behalf. Contact us at support@restoresuite.com for warranty assistance, and see our warranty and support page.

Do you price match?

Contact us at support@restoresuite.com if you find the same product advertised at a lower total delivered price by another US dealer in that brand's dealer network, and we will review it. Conditions apply; see our best price guarantee.
