If you find the identical product (same brand, model, and configuration), in stock and advertised at a lower total delivered price by another US dealer in that brand's dealer network, send us the link and we will match it. We can review matches before you buy and for a limited window after purchase. Competing offers from auction listings, marketplace sellers, used or open-box units, and sellers outside the brand's dealer network do not qualify.

Find the same product advertised for less by another US dealer in the brand's dealer network, then send us the link before you check out, or within our match window after purchase. We confirm the competing seller is part of that brand's dealer network and that the item is new, in stock, and identical, then we match the lower price. Contact us for the current match window; if you already ordered and the price drops within it, reach out and we will handle it rather than making you return and rebuy.
Why prices often look identical everywhere
Most premium sauna and cold plunge brands enforce a minimum advertised price (MAP), which is the lowest price a dealer is permitted to publish. That is why you often see the exact same number across legitimate sites. A listing far below MAP is worth scrutinizing: it may indicate a seller outside the brand's dealer network, a discontinued or refurbished unit, or a product that will not carry manufacturer warranty coverage. What qualifies
A price match generally applies when the competing offer is the same brand, model, and configuration; the item is new and in stock; the seller is part of that brand's US dealer network; and the comparison reflects the total delivered price including shipping and fees. Matches exclude used or open-box units, auction and marketplace listings, clearance or liquidation sales, limited-quantity promotions, membership-only pricing, and pricing errors. We reserve the right to decline a match, and we will always tell you clearly if an offer does not qualify and why.
