If you find the identical sauna or cold plunge (same brand, model, and configuration), in stock and advertised at a lower total price by another authorized US dealer, send us the link and we will match that price. We can review matches before you buy and for a short window after your purchase, so a price drop right after you order does not cost you. The competing offer needs to come from an authorized dealer, not an auction listing, used unit, or gray-market seller, because only authorized pricing comes with a valid warranty. Manufacturers also set minimum advertised prices, so the lowest published number is often the same across honest dealers. When that happens, contact us anyway, since we can sometimes improve the total with shipping, bundles, or current promotions.
