Welcome to Restore Suite. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of restoresuite.com and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase from us.

Products and pricing. We work to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it is placed.

Orders and payment. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your payment method and confirm the order. You authorize us to charge the total, including taxes and shipping, to your chosen payment method.

Text messages. If you agree to receive texts from us, for example on our contact form, or you text us first, we may text you about your question, quote or order. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Shipping. Shipping timelines and costs are described on our product pages, at checkout, and in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds. Returns are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please contact us before returning any item.

Health disclaimer. Our products are wellness and recovery products, not medical devices, and our content is general information only, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using a sauna, cold plunge, or related product, especially if you are pregnant or have a heart, blood pressure, or other medical condition.

Warranties. Products may carry a manufacturer warranty as described on the product page. Except as expressly stated, the website and products are provided as is to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Standard Holdings LLC, doing business as Restore Suite, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Intellectual property. All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Restore Suite and may not be copied or used without permission.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
