Which Ice Bath USA model fits you?

  • All-in-one cold plunges: tubs with Ice Bath USA's Chiller Pro built in (37°F to 108°F), such as the Cedar Luxe, Cedar All-In-One, Red Cedar All-In-One, Black Rectangular Pro Series and Summit. The Blacked Out, Luxe Double and Modern Acrylic All-In also include a chiller.
  • Tubs with a chiller version: barrel, oval, square and hexagonal tubs in cedar, stainless steel or black finishes. Choose the version with the Chiller Pro, or the tub only.
  • Hot and cold tubs: the Luxe Pro Double, Dual-Zone and Modern Luxe heat as well as cool, for contrast therapy in one unit.
  • Two-person tubs: the Luxe Double and Orbit Capsule Double.
  • Saunas: barrel, cabin, cube and pod saunas with a 9kW 240V VEVOR electric heater, a wood-burning pod and an indoor infrared sauna. Where a model comes in more than one wood or size, every option is the same price.

Lead time and delivery

Each unit is built to order and ships from the manufacturer's factory in China, with U.S. import duties included. Allow about 60 to 65 days from order to delivery. Freight is curbside: the carrier schedules a time, and you move the unit from the curb to its spot. Remote addresses can need a surcharge, and we confirm any amount with you before charging it.

Power and setup

  • Electric saunas use a 9kW VEVOR heater at 240V. Ice Bath USA recommends a dedicated 40A, 240V circuit; have a licensed electrician confirm it for your local code.
  • Saunas ship in panels and are assembled on site. Expect about 400 to 1,200 lb depending on model size, so have a contractor confirm your floor or deck can carry it.
  • The indoor infrared sauna plugs into a standard household outlet.
  • Chiller tubs need a grounded, GFCI-protected outlet nearby. The Chiller Pro is rated 1HP, 110V.

Returns and warranty

Ice Bath USA products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the unit is unused and in its original condition and packaging, and you pay half of the return freight. Report shipping damage or defects within 7 days of delivery, with photos, for a free replacement. Details are in our return policy.

Financing is available. Cold plunges and saunas are not automatically HSA or FSA eligible; some plans reimburse them with a Letter of Medical Necessity, and your plan decides.
