Description
The CHILL1000 is a one-person cold plunge built like a small spa: an acrylic shell, a built-in chiller that also heats, filtration and a locking hard cover. No ice. Fill it, plug it in and set the temperature anywhere from 41°F to 104°F, so you can use it for cold plunges or a warm soak.

Delivery
Your cold plunge arrives palletized and weighs about 353 lb empty, so plan help or equipment to move it into place. Check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can file the claim for you; damaged units are repaired or replaced.
All cold plunge sales are final, so please check size, power and placement before you order. We are happy to help you check fit first.
Warranty
2-year parts-only manufacturer warranty
2-year manufacturer warranty on defects in materials and workmanship, for the original purchaser. Labor, shipping and installation are not covered. Restore Suite is your first contact for any warranty question.
Returns: all cold plunge sales are final. You can cancel at no cost before your plunge ships; if you cancel 60 or more days after payment, a cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply.

- No ice and no 240V wiring: it runs on a 110 to 120V, 15A household circuit with a 20 ft cord. Plan the spot so the cord reaches a suitable outlet, and have an electrician confirm the circuit.
- Filled, it weighs about 1,323 lb on an 84 x 42 in footprint. Indoors, check the floor can carry that; outdoors, give it a level, solid base.
- Because the same unit heats to 104°F, you can use it as a warm soak too, not only for 41°F plunges. That makes it a fair one-tub option if you do not have a hot tub.
- The locking hardtop cover and Glacier antimicrobial filter set come included, and the water is cleaned with ozone. Anti-freeze protection is built in for year-round outdoor use.
