iCoolsport ships from Australia. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility, and change-of-mind returns aren't accepted. Your quote lists lead times and delivery details for each product.

Frequently asked questions
Who can apply? Registered businesses buying for their own facility or for a client, including gyms, clinics, spas, hotels, rental operators, designers, builders and property managers. You don't need a license to apply, and there are no minimums.
Do you offer B2B pricing? We don't publish trade discounts. Where a maker allows it, we quote multi-unit pricing project by project. Many brands set a minimum advertised price, so we never quote below it.
Can I buy tax-exempt? Yes. Send a valid resale or exemption certificate and we apply it before invoicing.
Are these products rated for commercial use? Only some. iCoolsport MiPod, iSteel and Ultra plunges, Team Recovery Pools and Turbo chillers, and Penguin's commercial water chillers are made for commercial use. For every other product, your quote states what the maker's warranty covers before you pay.
Can I put a hot tub in my business? Not one of ours. The Liberty Spas hot tubs and the CHILL1000 cold plunge carry warranties that cover single-family homes only, so we sell them for residential use.
Do you install? No. We coordinate delivery and give you the electrical, drainage and access requirements up front so your contractor can plan the install.
How do I pay? By invoice, paid in full by card or bank wire before we place your order. iCoolsport pools follow iCoolsport's terms: a 10% deposit, with the balance due before delivery.
Do you offer business financing or net terms? Not at this time.
How fast will I hear back? Within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, Central time). If a maker needs to confirm freight or project pricing, we send a dated plan within 1 business day and the full quote as soon as they reply.
What about returns? Each product follows its maker's return terms, and your quote states them word for word. Some products are final sale.
