Choosing a Mande Spa outdoor sauna
Mande Spa builds traditional outdoor saunas from ThermoWood, a thermally modified timber that resists moisture and movement better than untreated softwood. We carry two models:
- MW16: a compact outdoor sauna with a Harvia heater.
- MW20: a larger 5 to 6 person build with tempered glass.
What to plan for an outdoor sauna
- Foundation: a level pad, pavers or deck rated for the load. See our foundation guide.
- Electrical: an electric sauna heater needs a dedicated circuit and a licensed electrician. Read the outdoor sauna electrical guide.
- Permits and HOA: check local rules first. Use the permit checker.
- Delivery and assembly: plan the delivery path and assembly time.
