The Golden Designs Arlberg is a 3-person outdoor traditional sauna built for a home recovery routine. Restore Suite is an authorized Golden Designs dealer.

Before you buy
- Electrical: 240V / 40AMP (Stove) and 120V / 15AMP (Control for Lights and Music). A licensed electrician must install the circuit.
- Base: a firm, level surface outdoors, such as a concrete slab or a structural deck, with good drainage.
- Delivery: curbside freight. The carrier calls to schedule an appointment, and not every address can take freight (dirt roads, dead ends). We confirm your address and phone before we place the order.
- On delivery, inspect the cartons and refuse anything damaged. Open the boxes and report any hidden damage with photos within 48 hours.
Warranty and returns
Golden Designs limited warranty: 5 year on electronics / 1 year on the stove. Register the sauna with Golden Designs after delivery at app.goldendesigninc.com/public/RegisteredProduct. Keep your order number and photos of any issue. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unassembled saunas with a 20% restocking fee, and you pay freight both ways. Orders can be canceled free within 24 hours. See our refund policy.
