Dundalk Leisurecraft Harmony 4-Person Barrel Sauna, Eastern White Cedar, Solid Wood Benches (CTC22W)

The Harmony is the compact model in the Dundalk Leisurecraft Canadian Timber barrel sauna line: a 79 inch long Eastern White Cedar barrel with two long cedar benches and a flat floor. It suits a backyard, deck or patio for couples and small families, and the supplier rates it for up to 4 people.

Built in Canada

Dundalk Leisurecraft builds the Canadian Timber line from Eastern White Cedar, a lighter colored cedar with tight knots. The kit arrives precut and ready to assemble, with solid cedar cradles holding the barrel and aluminum bands with stainless steel tightening bolts keeping the staves snug as the wood settles.

Inside the barrel

Two solid cedar benches run the length of the room, and a flat cedar floor gives level footing instead of a curved barrel bottom. The door is pre-hung in a wood frame with tempered glass. The round shape keeps the interior volume compact for the bench space.

What you need to know before buying

• The heater is not included in this listing. Choose an electric or wood-burning sauna heater sized for the room, and see our heater size calculator.
• Plan a level, solid foundation such as a concrete pad, pavers or a deck, with a slight slope away for drainage.
• This is a ready-to-assemble kit. Plan for two people to assemble it, and check the bands after the first month as the cedar settles.
• It ships by LTL freight on a crate. Make sure a truck can reach the delivery point and plan how you will unload and move the crate.
• Electric heaters must be wired by a licensed electrician. Wood-burning stoves need a chimney kit, the manufacturer clearances and any local permits.
