The Relax Flex is a lie-down far infrared sauna. Instead of sitting upright in a tent, you lie flat on a reflective mat with infrared heat on both sides of you. It runs on a standard household outlet and folds into a carry bag between sessions, so it suits anyone who would rather lie down and read than sit up in a cabin.
Flex, Silver Elite, or Black Pro
All three Relax models use the same patented dual far infrared heating system. What changes is how you use it. The Silver Elite and Black Pro are upright tents with a folding chair, about 32" wide, 33" deep, and 46" tall. The Flex is a lie-down tent about 65" long, 26" wide, and 19" high, on a 78" x 36" mat.
Choose the Flex if you prefer to lie down, find an upright tent confining, or have trouble getting in and out of an upright unit. Choose an upright model if you would rather sit, or if you do not have about 6.5 feet of clear floor for the mat.
Who it is for

What a session is like
Far infrared saunas run cooler than traditional rock saunas, so most people find longer sessions comfortable. Many people use one after a workout and say they feel less stiff the next day. Our research and studies page covers what the evidence does and does not show.
A note on the logo
Current stock ships with the manufacturer's older logo on the tent while they switch to a new one. The sauna itself is the same.
