The iReliev FullGlow 180 is a full-body red light and near-infrared mat. You lie on it, so the light contacts your back, shoulders, and legs directly rather than reaching them from across the room. It rolls up for storage.

Why a mat instead of a panel

A panel lights you from a distance, and the intensity that reaches your skin depends on how far away you stand. A mat sits directly against you, so distance is not a variable. It is also the easiest format to actually use: you lie down for 20 minutes rather than standing.

The limit is that a mat covers one side per session. Turn over for the other side, or step up to the FullGlow 360 bag, which surrounds you.

Mat, bag, or panel

The 180 mat is the entry point at under $600 and the most practical for daily use. The 360 bag covers front and back at once. The 1500W and 2400W panels are standing units for people who prefer not to lie down. For one specific area, the FullGlow back wrap is the cheapest way in.

What red light therapy is and is not

Claims made for red light exposure vary widely in how well they are supported by evidence. We describe what this device is and what it outputs, and leave outcome claims to the research rather than to a product page. Our research and studies page explains how we read that literature.

Red light therapy is not a treatment for any medical condition and is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a diagnosed condition, talk with your doctor before starting.

Why buy from Restore Suite

Your mat ships new with the full manufacturer warranty behind it. Every order includes free U.S. shipping and our best price guarantee, with financing available. Red light devices are not automatically HSA/FSA eligible, but some plans may reimburse where a licensed provider issues a Letter of Medical Necessity. Your plan administrator decides, and approval is never guaranteed. Questions before you buy? Talk to a real person.

Does the mat cover my whole body? It covers the side lying against it. Turn over for the other side, or use the 360 bag for both at once.

Does it use red or near-infrared light? Both.

Who should avoid red light therapy? Anyone who is pregnant, has a diagnosed condition, or takes photosensitizing medication should speak with a clinician before use.
