Description
The iReliev FullGlow 180 is a full-body red light and near-infrared mat. You lie on it, so the light contacts your back, shoulders, and legs directly rather than reaching them from across the room. It rolls up for storage.

Why a mat instead of a panel
A panel lights you from a distance, and the intensity that reaches your skin depends on how far away you stand. A mat sits directly against you, so distance is not a variable. It is also the easiest format to actually use: you lie down for 20 minutes rather than standing.
The limit is that a mat covers one side per session. Turn over for the other side, or step up to the FullGlow 360 bag, which surrounds you.
Mat, bag, or panel
The 180 mat is the entry point and the most practical for daily use. The 360 bag covers front and back at once. The 1500W and 2400W panels are standing units for people who prefer not to lie down. For one specific area, the FullGlow back wrap is the cheapest way in.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.

Warranty
