Description
The Harvia Xenio CX45-U1-U3-XW is a WiFi sauna control unit with a touch control panel for larger Harvia electric heaters that do not have built-in controls. It handles heaters up to 17 kW on 240V single-phase or up to 15 kW on 208V 3-phase, plus sauna lighting and fan. The compact panel can be mounted inside or outside the sauna room.

What you need to know before buying
- Works with Harvia heaters that need a separate control, such as Cilindro, Virta, Virta Pro, Club and Spirit E models (per Harvia). The heater is sold separately.
- This is a hardwired 240V or 208V control: a licensed electrician is required.
- Choose the CX45 for heaters above the CX30's limits (11 kW at 240V, 10.5 kW at 208V 3-phase).
Warranty
2-year Harvia manufacturer warranty for residential use, plus 1 additional year when registered with Harvia within 30 days of purchase.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (up to 50% if packaging is missing or the seal is broken). Installed items are handled as manufacturer warranty claims.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.
Before delivery day, measure doorways and hallways along the path to the install spot, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab.
Warranty

If this item has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, contact us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue and we will make it right.
