Description
The Harvia HL3MET is the metal parts kit for Harvia Virta wooden safety railings: black steel brackets and the fasteners that hold the wood rails to the heater. It suits installers replacing or completing the mounting hardware on a Virta railing.

What you need to know before buying
- Wooden rails are not included. Harvia's HL3S, HL3M and HL3L railings already list a fastening kit in their delivery, so this kit is mainly for replacement or service.
- Heater not included.
- Install per Harvia's safety railing instructions.

Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (up to 50% if packaging is missing or the seal is broken). Installed items are handled as manufacturer warranty claims.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.
Before delivery day, measure doorways and hallways along the path to the install spot, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty against defects.
If this item has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, contact us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue and we will make it right.
