Description
The Harvia KIP is a UL-listed electric sauna heater for small to medium sauna rooms. It comes with the Xenio CX170 digital control panel, a WiFi module, and sauna stones, and it is made in Finland with a stainless steel casing.
Control
Set temperature and timer on the Xenio CX170 panel, which mounts outside the sauna room. The WiFi module adds control from the MyHarvia phone app, so you can bring the room up to temperature before you get home.
Safety and use
The outer casing stays cool to the touch while running, and a 60 minute automatic shutoff cuts power if the timer is not reset. The stone space holds enough stone for even heat, and you can run it dry or throw water on the stones for steam.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.

- Pick the output by room size: 3 kW up to 130 cu ft, 4.5 kW up to 210, 6 kW up to 300 and 8 kW up to 425. Measure inside the sauna, not the outside.
- The Xenio CX170 panel mounts outside the sauna room, and the included WiFi module adds the MyHarvia app, so you can start heating before you get home.
- The casing stays cool to the touch while running, and it cuts power after 60 minutes if the timer is not reset. It works dry or with water on the stones.
- An electric heater this size needs a properly sized dedicated circuit. Have a licensed electrician read the installation manual for your output before you order, and price the wiring in.
- Stones come in the box, along with the heater, panel and WiFi module. At 24 x 16 x 11 in it is a compact unit for small to medium rooms.
