Description
This Harvia KIP package puts together a wall-mounted KIP W electric sauna heater, a Harvia Xenio CX170 WiFi touch control with contactor box, and a 44 lb box of Harvia AC3000 stones. Choose 4.5, 6 or 8 kW to fit sauna rooms from about 100 to 424 cubic feet, in 240V single phase or 208V three phase. It is a complete heater, control and stone set for a home sauna build or upgrade.

What you need to know before buying
- Hardwired heater and control: installation by a licensed electrician is required. Check the Harvia manuals for breaker and wire sizing.
- Choose the voltage that matches your electrical service. Most homes use 240V single phase; 208V three phase is more common in commercial buildings.
- Sizing: pick the heater for your room volume, and add extra volume for glass or uninsulated stone or tile walls.
- WiFi remote use requires a working WiFi network at the control location.

Warranty
2-year Harvia manufacturer warranty for residential use, plus 1 additional year when registered with Harvia within 30 days of purchase.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (up to 50% if packaging is missing or the seal is broken). Installed items are handled as manufacturer warranty claims.

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.

Warranty
2-year Harvia manufacturer warranty for residential use, plus 1 additional year when registered with Harvia within 30 days of purchase.
If this item has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, contact us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue and we will make it right.
