Description
This package bundles a Harvia Virta floor-standing electric heater with Harvia sauna stones and a matching WiFi-capable Harvia control, so the main heating parts arrive together. Choose 6, 8, 9 or 10.5kW to match your room, from up to 294 cubic feet for the 6kW to up to 635 cubic feet for the 10.5kW, and pick a Xenio or Fenix control. All heaters in this package are 240V single-phase UL part numbers.

What you need to know before buying
- Hardwired 240V 1-phase heater: a licensed electrician must install the heater and control to Harvia's wiring instructions and local code.
- Remote control through the MyHarvia app may require Harvia's MyHarvia Control Upgrade license for some controls.
- Size the heater to your room volume. Add volume for glass or masonry surfaces.
- Wooden safety railing sold separately (Harvia HL3 series). Match the rail size to your heater model.

Warranty
2-year Harvia manufacturer warranty for residential use, plus 1 additional year when registered with Harvia within 30 days of purchase.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (up to 50% if packaging is missing or the seal is broken). Installed items are handled as manufacturer warranty claims.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.
Before delivery day, measure doorways and hallways along the path to the install spot, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab.
Warranty
2-year Harvia manufacturer warranty for residential use, plus 1 additional year when registered with Harvia within 30 days of purchase.
If this item has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, contact us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue and we will make it right.
