Description
The Kineon MOVE+ is a wearable red and near-infrared light device. Three small modules strap around a knee, elbow, shoulder or ankle, and each pairs 660nm red LEDs with 808nm near-infrared laser diodes. This set includes the extender strap, which lengthens the fit for larger areas like the back, hips and waist.

How it fits a recovery routine
The modules are cordless and charge in the dock, so a 10 to 15 minute session fits after training, after a sauna or cold plunge, or at the end of the day. Use it on clean, dry skin and follow Kineon's guidance on session length.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.
