Full shipping policy

Hot tubs are delivered curbside (tailgate delivery). The driver unloads the tub at the curb or end of your driveway, and you arrange moving it to its final spot. Plan a clear path and enough helpers or a spa dolly, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab before delivery day.

Inspect the tub and packaging before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and tell us within 48 hours so we can file the claim for you; damaged tubs are repaired or replaced.

All hot tub sales are final, so please review size, seating and power needs before you order. We are happy to help you check fit first.
