Description
The Lumara Pad is a flexible red light therapy pad that wraps around a joint or muscle instead of shining at it from a distance. Every LED position has three wavelengths: 635nm red, 830nm near-infrared, and 940nm. It comes in four sizes, from 11 x 11 inches up to 12 x 30 inches.

Why the LED spacing matters
The LEDs sit 5/8 of an inch apart. Lumara chose that spacing for even light across the pad. Closer together, the pad runs hotter and the light output has to be turned down. Farther apart, you get gaps in coverage.
Three wavelengths at every LED
Many pads alternate rows of red and near-infrared LEDs, so the wavelength you get depends on where a spot on your body lands. Lumara puts all three wavelengths at every LED position, so coverage is the same across the whole pad.
Choosing a size
The 11 x 11 inch pad fits a single joint like a knee, elbow, or shoulder. The 8 x 17 inch fits a forearm, calf, or along the spine. The 11 x 24 and 12 x 30 inch pads cover larger areas like the lower back, hamstrings, or both shoulders. For whole-body coverage, a panel makes more sense. See the Lumara Illuminate Red V2 panel.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.
Before delivery day, measure doorways and hallways along the path to the install spot, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab.
