Description
The Novaa Glow Therapy Mask is a flexible silicone LED face mask with 108 LEDs and four wavelengths: red (630nm), yellow (580nm), blue (450nm) and near-infrared (830nm). A handheld controller selects one of six light modes and a 10, 20 or 30 minute timer, and the mask switches itself off when the session ends.
Elastic straps with Velcro hold it in place hands-free, and the rechargeable battery means you are not tied to a wall outlet during a session. NovaaLab suggests 10-minute sessions, 3 to 5 times a week.
It is an easy addition to a home wellness routine alongside a sauna, cold plunge or red light pad.

Before you start: do not use the mask if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, are sensitive to light or take medication that increases light sensitivity. If you are unsure, talk with your doctor first. Do not use it while sleeping, walking or driving. The mask is not waterproof: wipe it with a dry cloth after use.
