Chillers and accessories arrive by parcel carrier. Complete plunges may need help to move into place, so check the weight on the Specifications tab. Inspect the box when it arrives, note any damage, and tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you; damaged or defective units are repaired or replaced.

If you pair a Penguin chiller with a tub as a set, a photo of the finished setup may be needed to validate warranty coverage, and we will walk you through it. Restore Suite is your first contact for any question.
Returns: request a return within 21 days of delivery; every return needs pre-approval. Approved returns carry a 20% restocking fee, and you pay return shipping. Custom units cannot be returned.
