Description
The Therasage TheraPerfect Pad is a flexible red and near-infrared LED pad shaped to drape over the neck, shoulders and upper back. It has 180 LEDs, gentle warming preset to 102.5°F and an inline remote with 30, 45 and 60 minute timers. It is a simple at-home option for a daily relaxation ritual while reading or working.

What you need to know before buying
- Plugs into a standard wall outlet through the inline remote and power supply.
- The pad is not waterproof. Do not use it near water or with wet hands, per Therasage.
- Therasage recommends 30 to 60 minute sessions and 30 minutes or less on the neck, face or head.

Warranty
Therasage 1-year limited warranty: Therasage will repair or replace defective parts for one year from purchase. Labor is excluded and the warranty is not transferable (per the Therasage user guide).
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, manuals and accessories. Original shipping is not refunded, and a 15% restocking fee applies to returns that do not meet these conditions.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.
