Description
The Harvia Fenix FX45 is a sauna control unit with a 4.3 inch glass touchscreen panel and built-in WiFi, for Harvia electric heaters up to 11 kW on 240V single-phase or up to 15 kW on 208V 3-phase. It controls the heater, lighting and ventilation, and learns how your sauna heats so it can tell you when it will be ready. The panel can be surface mounted or embedded, inside the sauna or in another room.

What you need to know before buying
- Works with Harvia heaters that need a separate control, such as Cilindro, Virta, Club and Spirit E models (per Harvia). The heater is sold separately.
- This is a hardwired 240V or 208V control: a licensed electrician is required.
- Remote control through the MyHarvia app needs Harvia's MyHarvia Control Upgrade.

Warranty
2-year Harvia manufacturer warranty for residential use, plus 1 additional year when registered with Harvia within 30 days of purchase.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (up to 50% if packaging is missing or the seal is broken). Installed items are handled as manufacturer warranty claims.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.
Before delivery day, measure doorways and hallways along the path to the install spot, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab.
Warranty
2-year Harvia manufacturer warranty for residential use, plus 1 additional year when registered with Harvia within 30 days of purchase.
If this item has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, contact us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue and we will make it right.
