Description
The Blacked Out is a square cold plunge with rounded corners, an anti-corrosion black exterior and a 1HP water cooling chiller. WiFi connectivity, hair filters and a matching stool are included.
Rounded square design
Arc-shaped corners carry through to the inner basin for a comfortable fit, and the coated exterior resists rust and corrosion for daily home or commercial use.
Chiller included
The 1HP water cooling chiller keeps the water at your set temperature, with WiFi for remote control.

Delivery and lead time
Made to order: allow about 60 to 65 days from order to delivery, about 5 weeks to build and about 4 weeks in freight. Ships from the manufacturer's factory in China, and U.S. import duties are included in the price. Shipping is included to most addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. It arrives by curbside freight: the carrier schedules a delivery appointment and brings it to the curb, and you move it into place. Remote or hard-to-reach locations can need a freight surcharge; we confirm any surcharge with you before charging anything.
Returns and warranty
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused tubs in original condition and packaging, and you pay half of the return freight. Report shipping damage or defects within 7 days of delivery, with photos, for a free replacement. Every tub carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty. See our return policy.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.
Before delivery day, measure doorways and hallways along the path to the install spot, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab.
Warranty
1-year manufacturer warranty. Inspect it on delivery and report any shipping damage or defects within 7 days, with photos, for a free replacement.
