Description
The Luxe Double is a two-person cold plunge with a 304 stainless steel tub, a red cedar exterior and a built-in 1HP chiller that cools to 37°F and heats to 108°F. Filtration and ozone keep the water clean between fills, and it arrives freestanding and ready to use.
Room for two
Two people can plunge side by side, so a couple or training partners can share one session instead of taking turns. A smart control panel shows the water temperature in real time.
Cold or warm on demand
The included 1HP chiller handles both directions: down to 37°F for a cold plunge or up to 108°F for a warm soak. Filtration and ozone run with it, and a center drain makes water changes simple.

Delivery and lead time
Made to order: allow about 60 to 65 days from order to delivery, about 5 weeks to build and about 4 weeks in freight. Ships from the manufacturer's factory in China, and U.S. import duties are included in the price. Shipping is included to most addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. It arrives by curbside freight: the carrier schedules a delivery appointment and brings it to the curb, and you move it into place (it weighs about 1,252 lb). Remote or hard-to-reach locations can need a freight surcharge; we confirm any surcharge with you before charging anything.
Returns and warranty
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused tubs in original condition and packaging, and you pay half of the return freight. Report shipping damage or defects within 7 days of delivery, with photos, for a free replacement. Every tub carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty. See our return policy.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.
Before delivery day, measure doorways and hallways along the path to the install spot, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab.
Warranty
1-year manufacturer warranty. Inspect it on delivery and report any shipping damage or defects within 7 days, with photos, for a free replacement.
