Delivery and lead time

Made to order. Ships from the manufacturer's factory in China, and U.S. import duties are included in the price. Allow about 60 to 65 days from order to delivery: roughly 35 days to build, then freight. Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Delivery is curbside by freight carrier: they schedule a time with you, and you move the sauna from the curb to where it will sit. Remote or hard-to-reach addresses can need a delivery surcharge; we will tell you the amount before anything is charged.

Before you order

• Available in these sizes: 1200 or 1600 mm (47.2 or 63.0 in) on the long side.
• The listed size is 47.2 in deep. Ice Bath USA also lists a 63.0 in depth; ask us before ordering if you want that size.
• The 9kW VEVOR heater runs on 240V. Ice Bath USA recommends a dedicated 40A, 240V circuit; have a licensed electrician confirm it for your local code before delivery. Set an outdoor sauna on a level, solid base such as a concrete pad, pavers or a sturdy deck. It ships in panels and is assembled on site. Expect about 400 to 1,200 lb depending on model size, so have a contractor confirm your base can carry it.

Returns and warranty

1-year manufacturer warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the sauna is unused and in its original condition and packaging, and you pay half of the return freight. Exchanges for a different model within 30 days split the return and new shipping costs 50/50. Report shipping damage or defects within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and the unit is replaced at no cost. Details are in our refund policy.

Full shipping policy

Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.

Before delivery day, measure doorways and hallways along the path to the install spot, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab.

1-year manufacturer warranty. Inspect it on delivery and report any shipping damage or defects within 7 days, with photos, for a free replacement.
