Description
The Mr. Steam 103867 drip pan sits under an MS or MS Super Series steam generator and collects water in the unlikely event of a plumbing leak, sending it to an approved drain line by gravity. Built-in brackets raise the generator above the bottom of the pan, and Mr. Steam recommends a condensation pan for every generator install.

What you need to know before buying
- Plumbing must be done by a licensed plumber per national and local codes. Check your local code for receptor, trap and vent requirements.
- Set the pan on a solid, level surface, place the generator inside it and make sure the generator is level.
- Fits Mr. Steam MS and MS Super Series generators. For MX4E, MX5E and MX6E generators, Mr. Steam specifies the larger 104402 pan.

Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (up to 50% if packaging is missing or the seal is broken). Installed items are handled as manufacturer warranty claims.
