Description
The Mr. Steam 104402 Max Drip Pan sits under a Max series steam generator to catch and direct water in the unlikely event of a plumbing leak. Built-in brackets raise the generator above the floor of the pan, and an integral 3/4 in NPT fitting connects to an approved drain line. Mr. Steam strongly recommends a drip pan for every generator installation.

What you need to know before buying
- Set the pan on a solid, level surface, place the generator inside it, and make sure the generator is level.
- The pan drains by gravity. A licensed plumber should connect it per local code for receptor, trap and vent requirements, and must not tie it into the generator drain in a way that lets drain water back up into the pan.
- This 33 in pan (104402) is the Max series size. Mr. Steam also makes a smaller 25 in pan (103867), which is a different part.

Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (up to 50% if packaging is missing or the seal is broken). Installed items are handled as manufacturer warranty claims.
