Description
The Mr. Steam MSTS is the remote temperature probe you need when your steam control is mounted outside the steam room. The probe goes inside the steam room and connects by cable directly to the steam generator's circuit board, so the generator reads the actual room temperature. It is for installs where the control sits in a hallway, dressing area or bathroom wall instead of inside the shower.

What you need to know before buying
- You only need this probe if the control will be outside the steam room. Controls mounted inside the steam room sense temperature on their own.
- Measure the cable run from the steam room to the generator before ordering. Contact us to confirm the cable length supplied with this listing.
- Install by a licensed electrician per the generator and control manuals.

Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply (up to 50% if packaging is missing or the seal is broken). Installed items are handled as manufacturer warranty claims.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.
Before delivery day, measure doorways and hallways along the path to the install spot, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab.
