Description
The Novaa Recovery Pod is a full-body red and near-infrared light therapy system for home use. You lie inside it and 2,320 LEDs deliver 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared light from head to toe in one 20-minute session, with no panel stands to set up. It folds flat for storage, and the controller sets intensity, timer and pulse mode.
It pairs naturally with a sauna or cold plunge as part of a full home recovery routine.
