The RevX X-FLOW is an all-in-one water management system for cold plunges and ice baths. It combines a high-flow pump, an 18W UV-C sterilizer, and a 20-micron sediment filter in one pre-assembled unit, running continuously so you are not draining and refilling every few days.

What the heat sink does

Any pump generates heat, and in a cold plunge that heat goes straight into the water you are trying to keep cold. The integrated heat sink pulls that heat away, so your chiller works less to hold the same temperature. On a system running 24/7, that difference shows up on your power bill.

Why constant circulation matters

Sitting in still water, your body warms a thin layer right against your skin, and that layer insulates you. Moving water breaks it up, so the plunge feels colder at the same thermostat setting. Circulation also keeps debris moving toward the filter instead of settling on the bottom.

UV-C and filtration together

The 20-micron pleated cartridge captures hair, skin cells, and sediment. The UV-C lamp handles what a filter cannot: bacteria and algae passing through the water. Running both is what keeps biofilm from establishing, and it reduces how much chemical treatment a tub needs. RevX recommends changing the filter cartridge every two to four weeks depending on use.
