Description
The RevX X-FLOW is an all-in-one water system for cold plunges and ice baths. It combines a pump, an 18W UV-C sterilizer, and a 20-micron sediment filter in one pre-assembled unit. It runs continuously, so you are not draining and refilling every few days.

What the heat sink does
Every pump makes heat, and in a cold plunge that heat goes straight into the water you are trying to keep cold. The built-in heat sink pulls that heat away, so your chiller works less to hold the same temperature. On a system running around the clock, that shows up on your power bill.
Why moving water matters
In still water, your body warms a thin layer of water right against your skin, and that layer insulates you. Moving water breaks it up, so the plunge feels colder at the same setting. Circulation also carries debris to the filter instead of letting it settle on the bottom.
UV-C and filtration together
The 20-micron cartridge catches hair, skin cells, and sediment. The UV-C lamp handles what a filter cannot: bacteria and algae in the water. Running both keeps slime from building up on surfaces and cuts down on chemical treatment. RevX recommends changing the filter cartridge every two to four weeks, depending on use.
Stacking kit
RevX is working on a plumbing kit that lets the X-FLOW sit on top of RevX chillers to save floor space. Contact us for current availability.
What it works with
The 1" barb connectors fit standard cold plunge plumbing, including the RevX Inflatable Classic and Inflatable Deluxe. If you would rather buy a tub with filtration and chilling built in, the Acrylic X Tub with LUX chiller is the complete system. Replacement filters come in the 1 Year Maintenance Starter Kit.

Delivery
Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.
Before delivery day, measure doorways and hallways along the path to the install spot, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab.

- The X-FLOW does not chill. It filters, sterilizes with an 18W UV-C lamp and circulates the water, so pair it with a separate chiller if you want a set temperature.
- RevX recommends changing the 20-micron cartridge every two to four weeks, depending on use. Budget for cartridges as a running cost.
- It uses universal 1 inch barb connectors and is IPX4 rated for indoor or outdoor use. It cuts down on chemical use, but you should still test your water regularly.
