Shipping, warranty and returns

Free shipping within the contiguous U.S. Elaris covers its devices with a 2-year warranty; the sauna blanket insert and mat cover are not covered. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase in original condition and packaging, with pre-approval, and you pay return shipping. See our refund policy.

What warranty comes with Elaris products?
