Before you buy

• Place it on a firm, level surface that can carry the weight of a full tub.
• Plan where it will drain and where a chiller will sit, with an outlet in reach.
• Delivery: curbside freight. The carrier calls to schedule, and not every address can take freight. We confirm your address and phone before we place the order.
• Inspect the carton on delivery and refuse anything damaged. Report hidden damage with photos within 48 hours.
• Start cold plunging gradually and check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition or are pregnant.

Dynamic Cold Therapy 1-year limited warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging, with a 20% restocking fee; you pay return shipping. Orders can be canceled free within 24 hours. See our refund policy.

Full shipping policy

Large items such as saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge tubs usually ship by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Please check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign, then tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.

Before delivery day, measure doorways and hallways along the path to the install spot, and confirm the electrical requirement on the Specifications tab.
