Description
Everything needed to plumb one of Penguin's standard water chillers: a Danner Mag Drive pump, tubing adapters and vinyl tubing, priced as a package. Choose your pump size and tubing length. Penguin recommends 1 in tubing only with the Danner 24 or 36 pumps.
Note from Penguin: the pump in this package is not intended for their Cold Therapy applications. For a plug-in cold plunge chiller with a built-in pump, see the Penguin Cold Therapy Chiller. Contact us if you are unsure which pump fits your build.

Shipping
Free shipping from Knoxville, Tennessee, to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Most chillers ship within 2 to 5 business days (see the product description for this model's lead time), and tracking is emailed when it ships.
Delivery
Chillers and accessories arrive by parcel carrier. Complete plunges may need help to move into place, so check the weight on the Specifications tab. Inspect the box when it arrives, note any damage, and tell us within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you; damaged or defective units are repaired or replaced.
Before setup, read the setup notes in the description: chiller placement relative to the tub drain matters for proper operation.
Warranty
1-year Penguin Chillers manufacturer warranty included; 2- and 3-year extended coverage available where offered.
1-year Penguin Chillers warranty from the ship date, with optional 2- or 3-year extended coverage where offered. If you pair a Penguin chiller with a tub as a set, a photo of the finished setup may be needed to validate warranty coverage, and we will walk you through it. Restore Suite is your first contact for any question.
Returns: request a return within 21 days of delivery; every return needs pre-approval. Approved returns carry a 20% restocking fee, and you pay return shipping. Custom units cannot be returned.

- This package plumbs a Penguin standard or HE water chiller: a Danner Mag Drive pump, tubing adapters and vinyl tubing. It is not meant for the Penguin Cold Therapy Chiller, which has its own pump.
- Penguin recommends 1 in tubing only with the Danner 24 or 36 pumps. For the 1/2 HP to 1 1/2 HP chillers, the 3/4 in options with a Danner 5 to 18 are the usual match.
- Buy enough tubing to reach between tub, pump and chiller, but no more. Lengths run 15 to 45 ft, and longer runs cut the flow that reaches the chiller.
