The North Shore Sauna Tent Wood Stove brings wood-fired heat to a tent or other portable sauna. It is built from SS304 stainless steel, burns standard-length firewood, and comes with six chimney sections to carry smoke up and out of the tent.
Built to travel
At about 45 lb, it is light enough to pack for a trip and sturdy enough to use as your everyday stove. With the legs extended, it stands up to about 25" tall.
Add stones for steam
The rock basket (sold separately) holds 30 to 40 lb of sauna stones. Heat them through, then ladle water over the top for löyly, the burst of steam that rises off hot stones. More stone mass gives steadier steam through the session. Our rounded sauna stones and thermal sauna stones come in 35 to 38 lb boxes, and our sauna stones guide explains the difference.
Standard or XL
The Sauna Tent Wood Stove XL has a wider firebox, thicker stainless steel, a 4" chimney, and room for 70 to 80 lb of stones, but it weighs about 80 lb. Choose this standard stove for smaller tents and easier carrying. Choose the XL for larger tents or cold-weather use.
