How the plunge setup works

The tub ships without a chiller; the chiller in this bundle connects to the tub's 3/4 in fittings with the included quick-connect hoses. Dynamic rates the 0.8 HP chillers for plunges up to 135 gallons and the 1.0 HP for up to 150 gallons. The chillers cool to 37°F, heat to 85°F and plug into a standard 120V outlet with a built-in GFCI.

Before you buy

• Electrical: The sauna's stove needs a dedicated 240V circuit installed by a licensed electrician. See the sauna's product page for the exact requirement.
• Space: a firm, level outdoor base for the sauna and the tub, such as a concrete slab or structural deck, with good drainage. Leave open air around the chiller, and keep it under cover outdoors.
• Delivery: each item ships separately in its original packaging. The sauna and tub ship by curbside freight; the carrier calls to schedule, and not every address can take freight. We confirm your address and phone before we place the order.
• On delivery, inspect the cartons and refuse anything damaged. Open the boxes and report any hidden damage with photos within 48 hours.
• Start cold plunging gradually, and check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition or are pregnant.
